This was the piece of wood Jeff was using for his project.
He let Will use the hand saw with a guide.

Will got tired of that and Jeff gave it a try...
Apparently a hand saw is too much work and it was time to bust out the big guns! :)
Jeff and Will were out in the shop for over an hour.
I don't know what Will got to work on (Jeff's nerves, maybe? LOL!),
but he had a great time with Dad!

Great job!
They look like they had fun together.
Hope Nathan is feeling better.
That is so sweet when little boys get to play with daddy and tools. Building great memories. I hope the little guy is feeling better.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one who let this be a Daddy project!
My son loves anything that lets him feel "grown-up". Great project!
It looks like they had fun (or at least Will had fun!). I bet that power saw made a big impression. Thanks for joining in and showing us all some woodworking!
Looks like everyone had a good time. I have that exact yellow miter box and after trying to use it this weekend I am drooling over those power tools.
My little one was sick this time around too. Hope your kiddo feels better soon. That's great that they were out hanging out for so long together! It looks like fun.
