You are doing great on milk free menus. It took me so long to get to that point...but then, I was really still just getting used to cooking for a family too. Your meals look nearly identical to mine - I think I might use your suggestion and post my weekly menus.
I make an oven fried Tilapia too - one of my girls' favorite dishes.
