What sweet pictures! I love your plate rack idea. I am trying to make a photo gallery in a long boring hallway of our house, but so far I have not made much progress.
I admire your organizing and decluttering efforts! Andamom.com has a great post up today about ways to avoid bringing clutter into the house.

I have three boys too! They are allot of work, but SO much fun!
*Also, I noticed your thing in your side column about finding a cure for ALS. My dad died of ALS when I was 13.*
